Story behind this blogspot. Maybe a week or two before Valentines Day, I told my friends to have some sort a "gift giving" not "exchange gift." We decided to give each of us at least a small gift for Valentines Day. So we got a lot of gift that day. Since our school celebrate Teacher's Day on a Valentine's Day, student's should wear Red Shirt. That's why we're wearing red.
I thought of this idea because most of us SINGLES are so bitter about Valentines. Not me! Masaya ako sa Valentines Day ko dahil sa friends ko! Come to think of it! If you're in a relationship, maybe, you would spend around Php 500 and up. But us, we just spend around Php 200 and down. And it's actually more fun because you have received a lot of gifts from your friends! Di lang pang pasko ang gift giving! Pang Valentines din! Para sa mga SINGLES. Compare it with those with "in a relationship" status. They just got a rose and a box of chocolates! But us, we received more that what they've got!
I'm blogging about this because I love my friends so much! Chos! Chika! Well, that's one of the reasons. But I want others to know that we shouldn't be BITTER about Valentines. We can celebrate Valentines though we don't have a Valentine with us. Valentine's should not always be about lovers. It can be about friends and family! We can celebrate Valentines with a smile! Or by doing our super duper bright idea and get a lot of gifts from our friends!
